Mark as Useful they have called several time a week for the past few months (sometimes several times in a given day. when i or my wife answer, no one there. this is very annoying.

Mark as Useful After calling about 4 or five times today and about the same yesterday they called my manager at work. The caller stated his name as Officer John Watson and I have a legal case with Cash Advance. Told my manager to have him call me. My manager stated it is a scam.
Yesterday stated Officer Ben White. They have all my personal information, how did they get this? Both men had a heavy indian accent. Who can I call to get them off my back. I have no idea who they are!

Mark as Useful They asked for me by name, confirmed it was my name by repeating it, then hung up. They called repeatedly until I answer.

Mark as Useful left several threatening messages regarding alleged paperwork being sent to me that I never returned back to them (never received anything)--called back-NOT 'James Morgan & Associates' as messenger claimed. This is a SCAM! No one has told me what this is for.
